Do not use engines, opening databases, another person or automated move suggestions during live games.
Detection and review
Unusual play may be flagged for review using game patterns and account activity. A flag is not automatically a conviction.
Actions
Confirmed violations may lead to rating reversal, tournament removal, suspension or permanent bans.
Appeals
Players may contact support and provide context for a moderation decision.
